P&F Association Constitution
With your daughter(s) busily immersed in the many facets of secondary school, parents have been heard to say that there is less opportunity to become involved than when they were at primary school… not true! The P&F Association is your opportunity to become closely involved with the College and importantly, to help in meaningful and enjoyable ways. Please do not hesitate to contact our committee members for further information. We look forward to having you join us!
Call for Volunteers – Year Level Parent Reps
Each year, the P&F look to our community, for one or two parents of each year level, to organise social ‘get-togethers’. These are a wonderful way to meet other parents from your daughter(s) cohort. The events can be as simple or as elaborate as you wish. We can set up a TryBooking site for your event, and event details are included in the College newsletter. Given the nature of the school calendar we encourage our Parent Reps to plan an event in Term 1 and in Term 4. We are happy to assist with promotion of your event. Please feel free to express your interest to Trish Willing on 3394 9999 or via firstname.lastname@example.org
Call for Volunteers – Hospitality Reps
Similarly, we invite a few parents to put up their hand to be a Hospitality Rep, coordinating the catering for one of our annual community events. Wonderful support and assistance is provided by the Committee, parent volunteers and College Facilities and Administration and all costs are met by the College. Find out more by contacting the College directly email@example.com
