At Loreto College, we understand that students may face various challenges and personal issues during their school years. Our Counselling & Support services provide a safe and confidential space for students to talk through their concerns and receive professional support and guidance.

Counselling & Support

Loreto College offers a counselling service that is available to all students. Our School Counsellors are trained to provide professional support and expertise on a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, in a non-judgmental and respectful manner.

The counselling service can help students to explore their feelings, thoughts and personal experiences, and work towards finding solutions or coping strategies for difficult situations or decisions. Some common concerns that students may seek support for include academic pressures, stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, and self-confidence and identity issues.

Appointments to see the counsellors can be made through Year Level Coordinators or by emailing counsellors@loreto.qld.edu.au.
